However, it is not intended for use with toe caps, counter-heels, semi-back, and special leather shoes and sneaker insole fiberboards. The applicable standards for this tester include QB/T 1472, BS 5131: 4.2, and SATRA TM3.


Fiberboard Flexing Testing Machine Operation Steps

1. Sample Installation:
  • a. Turn on the emergency stop switch and select the English language on the test interface.
  • b. Click "Return Origin" to reset the fixture.
  • c. Loosen the upper fixture with an Allen wrench, place the specimen with a clamping length of 15mm, and secure it.
  • d. Install the load by loosening the clamping knob, inserting the sample with a clamping length of 10mm, and locking the knob.

2. Parameter Setting:
  • a. Click "Setting" to enter the setting interface.
  • b. Select the testing mode (Model A or Model B).
  • c. Set the number of tests to be conducted (e.g., 100 tests).
  • d. Choose the workstation from options A to F, indicating ON for active and OFF for inactive.
  • e. Click "Return" to return to the test interface and use "All CLE" to clear all data.
  • f. Initiate the test by clicking "Start."

3. Test Results:
  • a. Upon test completion, the screen will indicate that the test is finished, signifying that the sample remains intact and meets the requirements.
  • b. If the prompt 'A-F load dropped' appears, it indicates that the sample is disconnected.
