Application:

This machine is used for TDM grading test (cutting force N) of gloves, protective clothing fabrics and other fabrics, composite materials, rubber and other materials for cutting resistance.

1. Touch screen operation, easy to operate, comprehensive display content.
2. The program has built-in blade correction coefficient automatic calculation formula, cutting data calculation, and curve fitting function to reduce the operator's time for complex calculations. It also supports instrument data storage, raw data query and data export functions.
3. The software can upgrade the algorithm with the standard. It is currently upgraded to the calculation and output function of the confidence interval (CI) and determination coefficient (R2) of the curve regression that meets the requirements of the new standard 13997-2023.
4. Built-in thermal printer can print test data in real time and export USB data reports;
