Date: 22th September, 2017  Nisshin Rubber from Japan visited us today. And checked below machine Whole Shoe Flexing Tester GT-KA01 which is one of the basic footwear testers and our star product. Whole shoes flexing tester is used to test finished shoes, like sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes etc. And determine its flexibility resistance or indicating the cracks of shoe or shoe sole through reciprocating flexing movements under the specified angle and frequency. Indian Customers Visits Date: 21th-28th August 2017. At the end of August, our team headed to India to visit our valued customers in India. We provided the after-sales services for our regular customers, like Intertek, Bureau Veritas and Uttar Pradesh Textile Technology Institute. And discussed our further cooperation with UL, HermanMiller, GEO CHEM, Mahavir SpinFab and STC INDIA. It's a special and wonderful experience with our customers. On Aug.8, our dear friend Aliza from Intertek Bangladesh visited us and saw around our sample room of Footwear, Textile and Toy tester. It was a pleasure to meet again after 6 month since we provided machine training for them in March. Date: 8th August, 2017  TRUPER Mr.Gordon had a visited to our company and checked his purchase GT-A06 Wrap Reel Electronic, which is used for testing the length of yarn, nylon thread and others.He also took an interest in our other machines used for testing galoshes, leather and cloth etc. We always try to beyond customers's expectation. Recently, Shanghai Administration For Industry & Commerce conducted a concentrated inspection on 48 batched which are sold on 7 on-line shopping platform about market and quality especially on GAP China, ZARA China, Tmall, Jingdong and etc. On the report launched on May 27, 3 batches are found as "three no" (Unbranded and dateless product by a nameless factory). And 18 batches are found unqualified. In this inspection, the defective items are Formaldehyde, peel strength, the stiffness of outsole, ornament tensile strength and potential hazards. 1.excessive formaldehyde content; 4 batches are unqualified, for example: some items turned out to be 89.7mg/kg . The standard for children leather shoes is ≤20mg/kg.
