Bally Flex Tester for Leather Materials Attention

1. In case of bally test machine damage, please calibrate when the power is off.

2. If the machine is off for quit a long time ( eg: overnight), just leave the specimen in the jig but should turn the jig to keep the specimen incompletely straight.

3. If the error value between the measured value and set value (standard value) is beyond the allowed range (refer to the inspection report) , please contact service department in our company.

4. In case of accident, clamp the specimen when power off.

5. In case of looseness while bally flex testing, confirm whether the set screws are locked after fixing the specimen.

Bally Flexing Tester MAINTAIN PROCEDURE

1. Always keep the bally leather flexing tester clean and tidy.

2. The metallic surface shall be applied with anti-rust oil.

3. Fill lubricating oil for the drive disk assembly (bearings) at regular intervals.
