IPX3/IPX4 Rain Test Chamber GT-F60 is a high-precision oscillating tube water spray test system specifically developed for testing automotive lighting, vehicle-mounted electronics, and external electrical housings. Built strictly to conform to the Japanese automotive standard JIS D0203 as well as GB 4208, GB 10485, and GB 4942, the Rain Test Equipment focuses on targeted IPX3 (16-nozzle) and IPX4 (25-nozzle) rain spray and splash resistance testing. Controlled by a PLC touchscreen system, the GT-F60 features a stepper-motor-driven R400mm swing pipe with adjustable oscillation angles (120° / 320°) and a 20kg capacity turntable. Its closed-loop filtration system achieves an ultra-low water consumption rate of just ~8 L/day.
