Paper Air Permeability Tester GT-N54
The air permeability tester is used to determine the air transmission rate of polymer materials, films, paper, and other materials using the Bendtsen method (with optional Gurley or Schopper methods). It supports the following three air permeability measurement methods:
Bendtsen Method: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.47 kPa, the airflow rate through the test area is recorded after clamping for 5 seconds.
Schopper Method: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.00 kPa ± 0.01 kPa or 2.50 kPa ± 0.01 kPa, an appropriate test duration is selected to determine the airflow rate through the specimen via the test volume.
Gurley Method: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.21 kPa, the time required for 100 ml of air to pass through the specimen is measured.
SJ_T 10171-2016, GB/T 458-2008, GB/T 36363-2018
Feature
Supports three test methods: Gurley, Schopper, and Bendtsen. (Select one of these method or combine all the three method in one machine)
Adjustable pressure difference range of 0–3 kPa with an accuracy of 0.01 kPa, fully meeting the test pressure requirements of all three methods.
Equipped with imported high-precision flow meters to meet the volume measurement requirements of all three methods.
Allows easy switching between test areas of 10.0 cm² and 6.42 cm² by attaching a mask.
Excellent instrument sealing with no leakage.
Computer-controlled operation.
