Tapes and Sheets Initial Viscosity Tester GT-N67

Application

Initial viscosity tester is suitable for pressure-sensitive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films and other related products for primary adhesive test.

It has two test methods: A inclined surface rolling ball method and B inclined groove rolling ball method. The conversion method is simple and easy.

GB/T 4852, JIS-Z-0237, YY/T 0148 Pharmacopoeia Part IV

Adopt A inclined surface rolling ball method and B inclined groove rolling ball method.

Method A: Test the initial adhesion of the sample by the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball when the steel ball and the adhesive surface of sample are in short-term contact with a slight pressure.

Method B: Roll a prescribed size steel ball through an inclined groove, and measure the distance it rolls on the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape on a horizontal plate to evaluate its initial viscosity.

1. Adopts the test principle of the inclined surface rolling ball method to test the instant adhesion performance of the sample.

2. Initial viscosity test machine has two test methods: A inclined surface rolling ball method and B inclined groove rolling ball method.

3. The test steel ball designed accordance with national standards, ensures the high accuracy of test data.
