Product Introduction

Application:

This instrument is use to internal bond strength for paper and cardboard (among paper layers, paper internal bonding). It also can be used for internal bond strength testing for paper composite materials, film composite materials and other slice materials. Such as bobbin fibre paper, whiteboard, brown paper, linerboard, aluminum foil composite packaging materials etc.

Principle:

The combination of double-sided tape+sample+ double-sided tape forms a sandwich structure, which is pressed between a metal anvil and an aluminum block. The inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block is hit with a pendulum, causing the aluminum block to flip and damage the sample in the Z direction. Calculate the energy absorbed by the sample during the destruction process by measuring the position of the swing, expressed in J/m2.
