Character: GESTER develops the control system by ourselves, which has setting and counting functions.There are start, stop, pause, count and clear functions on the test control panel. It can count from 0 to 999,999 times and it will automatically stop when the set number of times is reached. We set the right clamp controlled to stop in the middle position before the sample is clamped, while the Left Fixture is free in the horizontal direction. After the sample is loaded, put the corresponding weight on the Left Fixture according to the standard requirements, so that the sample bears the corresponding pressure during the test. The Left Fixture can be moved left or right before the sample is clamped, and the position of the clamp has a corresponding reference scale, which is convenient for accurately positioning the bending distance of the sample. |
