GESTER's Participation in SaigonTex 2024 Exhibition

SaigonTex 2024, one of the premier textile and garment industry events in Southeast Asia. GESTER's Exhibition Highlights:

• 1. GT-C02-1A Universal Tensile Strength Tester: A versatile instrument for assessing the tensile strength and elongation properties of various textile materials. This Universal Tensile Strength Tester adopt PANASONIC AC servo drive system, Taiwan SESAME reducer, synchronous pulley, TBI precision ball screw components, instruments beam moving smoothly with low noise and high precision extension.

• 2. GT-C09 Snap Button Tester: This machine can do even and vertical tensile test of all kinds of buttons on garments. Button pull test machine is a simple but effective design mainly consisting of a high precision gauge, a sturdy required by standards & regulations is be fixed horizontally (constant force is applied to secure the sample) so that snap or other accessories attached in fabric can be clamped into.

• 3. GT-C13B Martindale Abrasion and Pilling Machine: The martindale abrasion and pilling tester is used to determine the abrasion and pilling resistance of all kinds of textile structures. Working positions: 4, 6, 8, 9 optional.

• 4. GT-C26B Hydrostatic Head Tester: The High Pressure-Servo Fabric Hydrostatic Head Pressure Test Machine serves the purpose of assessing the waterproof characteristics of various fabrics. It evaluates the effectiveness of waterproofing treatments applied to materials such as canvas, coated fabrics, hood fabric, tarpaulin, rain-resistant textiles, and geotextiles.

• 5. GT-C75 Circular Sample Cutter: Fabric GSM Cutter GT-C75 main body is completely made of aluminum casting for light weight, safe and reliable. This Fabric GSM Cutter is equipped with a set of four Schroder spare blades can be used. And a specially designed standard grey-cutting pads provided to support the cutting operation. The Fabric GSM Cutter is meticulously finished with metallic paint.

• 6. GT-D04 Electronic Crockmeter: Electronic Crockmeter is used to determine the colour fastness of textiles to dry or wet rubbing. A pinned acrylic sample holder ensures rapid sample mounting and repeatability of results. AATCC Crockmeter Metal box, High-temperature baking coating, easy maintenance.

• 7. GT-D07 Colour Fastness Tester to Washing: This laundrometer wash fastness tester design parameter conform to ISO, BS, AATCC, JIS & SDC those standards. The Washing Fastness Tester apply to test dyeing textile color fastness changing degree after washing, it not only do washing color fastness and also dry washing color fastness test.
