Laboratory Fume Hood GT-C100
Application:
1.1 Main Structure: double-layer all-steel, self-supporting rigid structure. The outer layer is steel plate, and the inner layer is corrosion-resistant lining material. The space between the two layers houses an all-steel frame, all-steel fasteners, utility equipment pipelines, fittings, etc.
1.2 Fume Hood Worktop: superior chemical corrosion resistance required, made of high-quality corrosion-resistant solid chemical-resistant board with a thickness of not less than 12.7 mm.
1.3 Fume hood accessory: equipped with an integrally formed lab-specific PP sink, resistant to acids, alkalis and corrosion.
1.4 Sliding Door: made of tempered safety glass with a thickness ≥ 5 mm; the slide rail is made of corrosion-resistant PVC, allowing the door to move up and down smoothly. Rubber buffers are installed for door opening and closing. The sealing strip is 70-hardness PVC, which prevents gas leakage and liquid outflow from the cabinet. The door handle is as wide as the sliding door.
1.5 Lining Material: the lining material of all fume hoods shall be poly resin with a thickness ≥ 6 mm or other lining materials with a thickness ≥ 4.7 mm and good flame retardancy.
1.6 Base Cabinet: cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness ≥ 1.0 mm, surface electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder.
1.7 Fume Hood Fittings: the water tap (spout) is made of brass, with an epoxy resin spray coating on the surface. Pipelines from valves to outlets: water, gas and vacuum pipelines are all copper pipes.
1.8 Fume Hood Lighting: LED light tubes, instant-start type.
1.9 Electrical Facilities: installed on the outer upright posts of the fume hood. All control circuits must be clearly numbered and marked to indicate the corresponding electrical components for easy later maintenance.
