Product Introduction

Application:

This pendulum impact tester is used for testing the pendulum impact resistance of plastics, plastic films, sheets, and composite films.

The impact toughness of non-metallic materials and metal foils, such as PE/PP composite film, aluminized film, aluminum-plastic composite film, nylon film, aluminized paper for cigarette packs, and aluminum-plastic paper composite materials for Tetra Pak packaging, is measured. The instrument evaluates the sample's resistance to pendulum impact by measuring the energy consumed when a hemispherical punch impacts and passes through the sample at a certain speed.
