Application:
This PPE testing equipment used for testing molten aluminum splash resistance Class D, molten iron splash resistance Class E, etc., of fabrics such as heat-insulating protective clothing and heat-insulating gloves.

The sample is fixed on a frame at a certain angle to the horizontal plane, and molten metal is poured onto the sample. The thermal protection performance of the sample is evaluated by observing the changes of the PVC simulated artificial skin placed on the back of the sample. Based on the damage result of the PVC film, the test is repeated with more or less metal until the minimum amount of molten metal causes damage to the PVC film.
The metal is heated by a high-frequency heating device with an output power of 6kW, and a high-performance glass fiber laser pyrometer can automatically determine the pouring temperature. The pouring temperature, ranging from 700°C to 1800°C, can be set, monitored and controlled in the software. The tilting speed and tilting angle of the crucible can be controlled and adjusted by a stepper motor to achieve automatic pouring.
