Horizontal Rain Spray Test Chamber GT-F62 is an all-in-one water ingress testing system engineered to perform IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, and IPX6 protection tests in a single unit. Fully compliant with IEC 60529, GB 4208, GB 2423.38, and GB 4706.32, it evaluates the water resistance of automotive components, electronics, electrical cabinets, and lighting products under simulated rainy conditions.


the Rain Test Chamber GT-F62 is available in 500L, 1000L, and 1500L capacity options. Controlled via a PLC touchscreen panel (Teelong), it integrates a 15° tiltable turntable, an R400/R600mm oscillating swing pipe, and an electric swinging spray head mechanism for IPX5/6 testing.

Application:

This IPX1-IPX6 Rain Spray Test Chamber is mainly used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation and use under rainy climatic conditions. It is applicable for testing the physical and other related performances of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electric cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rainy conditions. After the test, the product performance is verified to judge whether it meets the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.
