Application

This sealing tester is suitable for sealing tests of flexible packaging components in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and electronics industries. The machine compare and evaluate the sealing processes and performance of flexible packaging components, providing a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators. It can also test the sealing performance of specimens after drop and pressure tests. Compared to traditional designs, it truly achieves intelligent testing: multiple preset test parameters significantly improve testing efficiency; the pressure increment detection mode quickly yields sample leakage parameters, and it can also observe creep, rupture, and leakage conditions of samples under stepped pressure environments and different holding times. Parameters and test results can be printed (printer optional).
